Haidilao Hot Pot Century City

This place is very delicious! They have many different options to choose from. I love the Spicy Beef Tallow Broth the most! It’s great for people who love spicy soup. Great for kids as well. We came for Mother’s Day and it was a special treat!

Took my mom here and we absolutely loved every bit of it, we tried some spicy pork and miso base with some beef, pork belly, vegetable assortment and some kobe beef. It was all very delicious well with the price and the staff were super helpful and kind but a little hard to understand at first. Can't wait to come back it's really is amazing!

My friend and I first tried Haidilao back in March and it quickly became our favorite restaurant in Century City. They food is incredible and the staff are very kind and attentive. I love how we get to customize our own topping and sauces at their bar and also try a bunch of little complimentary snacks. My favorite part has to be the amazing deals they have like the student discount and the happy hour specials where you can get trays of beef for $1.99/tray. This is truly an unbeatable experience and I will be coming back often!

Everyone should definitely try this hotpot! I have eaten for more than 3 times. I really recommend the tomatoes flavor(I think this is the best tomatoes flavor among all the hotpot brands). The environment is welcoming and clean. Will come here again and remember to reserve a spot sometime :-)

Absolutely amazing experience at Haidilao! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. The staff made sure we felt welcome and guided us through the menu patiently. The hot pot ingredients were fresh, especially the sliced beef and handmade noodles, and the dipping sauce station had endless options to customize our flavor. The free snacks, drinks, and even phone screen protectors were such a nice touch. Plus, the robot waiter added a fun modern twist. Overall, Haidilao delivers not just great food, but a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended

It’s not loud, my party was louder than the whole ambience. It’s not an AYCE hotpot place but the soup it’s definitely worth the whole experience. All the food here was very fresh and of good quality. My party of 4 spent around $230 with 7 plates of meat and 4 of veggies

This place is an EXPERIENCE. It’s always so much fun and SO busy. It’s QUITE expensive but very worth it if you like hot pot. The restaurant is so lively and exciting. There is a dancing bear show, robots that serve food and help waiters and waitresses, there’s music, a free sauce bar, and amazing and delicious food. The drinks are so fun and good. The food gets very expensive but the taste is phenomenal. I loveeee coming here so much!!!

Absolutely loved the soup base here — so flavorful and rich! The self-serve appetizer bar was also a great touch, and the snack station was super thoughtful. They even provided hair ties and aprons, which made the whole experience feel really well taken care of. The drinks were pretty good too. Overall, everything was fresh, and the dining experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!
